FRM Health Screening
Take control of your well-being. FRM complimentary health screening is an affordable basic health screening that provides a clear picture of your health, with the flexibility to upgrade to more comprehensive packages as you need.
Health Screening Packages:
Your basic health screening package is complimentary for FRM members. If you'd like, you can also upgrade it to include more items.
After Signing Up, Here's What You Need to Prepare:
1. Wear comfortable and loose-fitting clothes, with short sleeves.
2. Fast for at least 8 hours prior to your appointment.
3. Download the WhiteCoat app and create an account with the QR code (right side).
After the Screening:
To view your results:
- Navigate to 'Medical Reports' under 'More' in your WhiteCoat app, and select your recent Medical Report or Lab Results.
- If you have not received your report after 10 business days of your health screening, please email healthscreening@whitecoat.global.
To teleconsult a doctor:
- Tap 'See a doctor now' at the bottom of your Lab Results screen, choose 'Myself', and select 'Continue without benefit'. Then, proceed to ‘Consult next available doctor’, select ‘Discuss lab results’ and tap ‘Next’.
- Inform the doctor that the teleconsult is for discussing your results, and the fee will be waived.
